Daniel Dubois: Heavyweight Glory Is Daniel Dubois’s Goal: “I Want Undisputed Success!” At the age of 27, Daniel Dubois is determined to join the heavyweight elite of boxing in 2025. With victories over the legendary Anthony Joshua, Filip Hrgovic, and Jarrell Miller in the last 12 months, Dubois has solidified his status as a rising heavyweight contender. The current IBF heavyweight champion, who has a 22-2 record (21 KOs), now strives for undisputed victory.

Daniel Dubois: Upcoming Battle Against Joseph Parker

Dubois will defend his IBF heavyweight title for the second time on February 22 in Riyadh. The highly anticipated fight will see him face former WBO champion Joseph Parker, who boasts an impressive record of 35-3 (23 KOs). Parker, coming off back-to-back victories over Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang, is in top form and determined to reclaim his place among the sport’s top heavyweights.

Acknowledging the challenge ahead, Dubois is fully focused on Parker. “I’m not overlooking Parker,” he stated. “He’ll be fighting just as hard as I am. Never overlook anyone. Deal with him first and then we can move on to the bigger fights.”

Daniel Dubois Wants the Winner: Usyk vs. Fury Rematch

As the heavyweight division gears up for the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury, set to crown the division’s number-one fighter, Dubois has made it clear that he’s coming for the winner’s belts.

“I’m coming for their belts,” Dubois told Sky Sports. “The top guys, I want them. I want them all. Just keep coming through them, then eventually I’ll be right up there, undisputed. That’s my goal.” Dubois has demonstrated a “seek and destroy” mentality in his recent performances, defeating Joshua and Hrgovic inside the distance. He believes his current momentum will carry him to greater heights in 2025.

Big Fights Only: Daniel Dubois’ Future Goals

Dubois has no interest in stepping down from the elite level of competition. After Parker, he intends to continue challenging the best in the division. “I feel ready to become a really elite fighter and fight all the best fights,” he said. “My last five or four fights have all been at the top level, so why go back down? I need to keep climbing that mountain until I get to the stars. And to the moon. And to the universe.”

Dubois exudes confidence as he prepares for his showdown with Parker. “Seek and destroy, that’s my mindset. Go all guns blazing but prepare properly. He’s been up the mountain and he’s a veteran now. So I need to go out there and really clean him out. Be better than him in every department.” With the heavyweight division heating up and big names like Fury, Usyk, and Joshua still dominating the headlines, Dubois’ quest for undisputed success is one to watch.
